GreaseBoss head units are supplied with a standard JIC 7/16” female fitting as the inlet.

To fit to your grease gun we provide an adapter so please ensure we are aware of the brand of greasegun you use on site so we can have the correct male adapter on hand.

Simply remove the original hose/rigid line and coupler

Fit the adapter to your gun

Hand screw the head unit to the adapter and position it as desired
- Use appropriate spanners and force to lock the JIC fittings in position
That’s it!
⚠️ TIP: Protect the locking coupler from mistreatment as there is an antenna inside it to read RFID chips. If mistreated it can be damaged and result in a performance loss requiring replacement of the entire head unit assembly.
⚠️ TIP: Purge the packing grease inside the unit until your grease is clearly exiting the head unit if compatibility is of any concern.
