Bulk Flow Splash Cover - Installation Guide

This guide explains how to fit the GreaseBoss Splash Cover to an Endpoint Bulk Flow. The cover can be fitted in the field, so there's no need to bring the asset back to the workshop.

The Splash Cover is moulded to fit the Endpoint Bulk Flow BF200 and BF210. It can also be fitted to the Bulk Flow BF430 to help protect it.

Parts and tools

Included:

  • GreaseBoss Splash Cover for Bulk Flow

User supplied:

  • Zip ties
  • Clean cloth

1: ENSURE ALL DEVICES AND POWER SOURCES TO THE GREASE PUMP AND GREASE SYSTEM ARE FULLY ISOLATED PRIOR TO COMMENCING WORK

(Please take photos of each step and provide them to GreaseBoss for effective support. Include a photo of the Endpoint serial number.)

2: SYNC THE ENDPOINT BEFORE FITTING THE COVER

The Endpoint button can't be reached once the cover is on, so check and sync the Endpoint first.

2.1: Make sure the GreaseBoss Gateway is powered on.

2.2: Press the Endpoint button for 1 second and confirm a short green LED blink.

2.3: Press and hold the Endpoint button for 5 seconds, then release to force a sync with the Gateway. Confirm a solid green LED, which means the sync was successful.

If the sync doesn't succeed, follow the Endpoint Syncing - Button Press & Light Sequence Guide before fitting the cover.

3: CLEAN THE BULK FLOW

Wipe the Bulk Flow clean of any excess dirt and debris.

4: SLIDE THE COVER ON

Slide the Splash Cover over the Bulk Flow.

5: SECURE THE COVER

Fix the cover in place with zip ties to the grease lines attached to the Bulk Flow.

NOTE - If you need to press the Endpoint button later, for example for a manual sync or battery check, remove the cover first.
