This installation guide provides instructions on how to install the stick-on V-TAGS designed for use with Button Head Grease Points.

1 - PREPERATION |

|
1.1: Correct preparation is vital for the correct installation and successful application of V-TAGS. |
|
|
1.2: Thoroughly Clean the surface surrounding the Button Head Grease Point of all grease and contaminants. |
|
|
1.3: It’s recommended to use a solvent such as brake cleaner to loosen grease and contaminants and remove with clean brushes and cloths. |
|
|
1.4: When the surface has been thoroughly cleaned with the solvent cleaner, use an ISOPROPAL ALCOHOL solution to remove any remaining solvent residue. |

2 - INSTALLATION |
|

2.1: Remove the plastic backing on the tag to expose the adhesive surface. |
 |
|
2.2: The V-TAG can be slightly curved along the middle along the longer axis if required to be installed on a surface that isn’t flat. |
|
|
2.3: Align the V-Tag at the base of the Grease Point such that it aligns with the Head Unit Nozzle when it’s mounted to the point. |
|
|
2.4: Press the V-TAG to the surface and hold firm for at least 10 seconds. |
