Step 9 – Other Endpoint installations
-
Endpoints can be installed with magnetic backplates, hoses or other fittings or directly connected to auto-lubers.
-
The key to a successful installation is to plan the location of the Endpoint and measure the distance between that location and the grease source.
-
In addition, many vehicles will have ½-inch connections, so the installer will need to have enough ½-inch to ¼-inch adapters on hand, along with the proper hoses, to successfully install the Endpoints.
Device Operation
-
The devices are automatic and can be remotely monitored for example battery or signal issue as well as flow events.
Maintenance
-
Replace battery - when required this is a simple 2.5mm hex key hand tool task taking care not to introduce debris on opening.
-
Troubleshooting - contact support @greaseboss.com.au with the endpoints serial number and description of the issue. The team are here to help!
