GreaseCloud Dashboard Troubleshooting

The link in the email sent to register as a user on the GreaseCloud account isn't working:

The link in the email is only active for 24hours. If you recieved the email more than 24hours ago, please contact support@greaseboss.com.au to request the link to be resent.

Can't log in to the GreaseCloud Dashboard.

If you have an active GreaseCloud profile on your companies GreaseClouc Account, and have previously been able to log in, but are now not able to log in:

  1. Try accessing the GreaseCloud website through a private or incognito browser window.

  2. Open a new web browser and copy and paste the address: https://dashboard.greasecloud.io/ . Remove any other extension from the address.
