Operators (lube technicians etc) Training

We recommend any operational users of the system which we refer to as operators, undertake and remain current with the following material:

PROCEDURE TO PERFORM A GREASE RUN

(v2 Head units, with buttons+ lights in handle):

  1. Locate the head unit (left on charge from last user therefore assumed fully charged and synced)

  2. remove the power plug

  3. proceed to greasing location, and use the on screen guide (if applicable) to determine the point(s) due today

  4. connect the coupler to the desired (or any) point.

  5. observe the LEDs in the handle and information on screen.

  6. If blue square then grease until green square or if you overgrease turns red square .

  7. if red square do not grease (see onscreen - wrong grease or not due)

  8. move to either:

    1. the next point prompted onscreen or

    2. nearest point and connect ( system will read and evaluate if due or not)

  9. repeat steps 5-8 until there are no further onscreen prompts - “Greasing Complete”


⚠️ RETURN THE HEAD UNIT TO THE CHARGING STATION WHERE A SYNC CAN OCCUR AUTOMATICALLY .

Ensures the system is ready for the next user

11. Start the cycle again for the next run from step 1.
