Spreadsheet import / export of site setup data
GreaseBoss Cloud now has the feature to allow users to import and export their site data to/from a spreadsheet.
Import Site Data
To import site data, select the Import Site Data button located on the Site Setup page which will open the import dialog box.
Please follow the steps below:

Download and populate the site upload template, by selecting the “Download Template” button.

Upload site template file

Select or drop the file to the upload area

Select “Upload” button

GreaseBoss Cloud will perform various validation methods on the import data, errors will be displayed to the user to address. The row number and reason is displayed to help locate the error in the spreadsheet. Please address any errors that have been identified and upload again.
Export Site Data
To export site data, please use the “Export Site Data” button located on the Site Setup page.
User’s are able to export their site data, make any changes and then upload to apply the changes to the GreaseBoss Cloud.
