Manual sytems will require the head unit to be fitted to the grease gun and a tag to be fitted to every grease point to be monitored, here’s a handy graphic to show how easy it is! These actions are performed once only. The head unit remains installed on the dedicated grease gun from now on. Tags are not removed and can be easily replaced if lost or damaged.
Automatic systems will require the endpoints to be installed typically by a site authorised fitter, very simply inline with the auto-luber and the target bearing.
Communications are installed once and are essential for manual and/or automatic systems.
