This is a link to our ever-growing library of how-to video guides which should greatly assist our new users to understand the system overall and get going as fast as possible. We regularly update these so be sure to check back regularly. Please note an internet connection to http://vimeo.com is required - check with your site IT department if there are any issues with the link.

GreaseBoss Support

This is the software link to this support documentation hosted online. If you cannot access the documentation contact your site IT department first to verify internet access is allowed.

If you use the contact-us link from the software it will generate a new email in your default email client with your sitename in the subject line- so we know which site the issue relates to. Drop us a note and we’ll get you started out as fast as we can. support@greaseboss.com.au

This will prompt a support ticket form which is the best method for us to process your issue. Simply click the button and fill in the form. Your issue will be automatically added to our VIP issue resolution system and our intrepid support team will compete to resolve your issue first!
