3	incorrect grease displayed on screen at grease point	tag point is correctly mapped in cloud system and correct grease assocaited with HU and point
4	greasing records displaying as 00000000000000 or “unknown point” in GB Cloud	point was a mapped point ? tag still installed ? check point with greasegun , does it read the tag ?	check with lube tech sometimes external equipment outside of greaseboss coverage is greased replace lost tag check tag recommended install procedure Manual System - Tags and Head Unit (Version 2.0)
