Getting Started- Manual System - Best Practice in 4 Steps!

We recommend you follow these steps to achieve the fastest effective deployment:

Communications 
1. Use the upload template (system)

Point names and details are loaded to the system- awaiting RFID mapping

Endpoint locations are named in the system - awaiting serial number assignment.

 
2. Physically install

RFID Tags on points

Endpoints installed.

Gateway installed

3. Mapping
(system)

Use the commissioning app asset editor to rapidly map RFID tags to point names.

Assign desired serial number to correct endpoint location name

 

4. Test run
(at points)

Synchronise head unit.
Perform test run.
Re-synchronise to cloud.

Checks comms on.
Purge some flow.
Invoke an event ( 7secs press)

Confirm all devices communicate correctly, power etc.

Review data (system) & Confirm data is as expected

  1. Leave charging /sync. until next use.

  2. Follow on screen prompts.

  3. Return to charge/sync. on completion.

  1. Auto lubers operate as normal.

  2. Data regularly delivered to system.

  1. Ensure power remains delivered to gateway for best outcome.

Review data, refine as required and repeat repeat button normal operation cycle.
